Refund policy

At MIYATAKÉ designs Inc., each item is prepared with care.

Our products fall into two categories:

Print-on-demand T-shirts (Printful)

These items are made especially for you once the order is placed.
No returns, exchanges, or refunds are possible unless there is a manufacturing defect or if the error occurred during order fulfillment.

If an item is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the issue.

Illustrated journals, planners, and embroidery templates (shipped by MIYATAKÉ designs)
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
No refund will be issued until the returned product has been received and inspected.

 

Sale or custom items are final sale.
