1. Print-on-demand T-shirts (Printful)
Each T-shirt is printed especially for you once the order is placed.
Processing and production usually take 2 to 5 business days, followed by an estimated delivery time of 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.
Delivery times may vary depending on the season, order volume, or carrier delays.

2. Journals, planners, and embroidery templates (shipped by MIYATAKÉ designs)
These products are prepared and shipped directly from our studio in Quebec, Canada.
Order processing usually takes 2 to 3 business days, and shipping is handled by the most appropriate carrier based on destination.
Delivery time may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and time of year.

3. General information
Tracking numbers are provided only when available.
Remote areas and P.O. boxes may be excluded from certain delivery options.
MIYATAKÉ designs Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, strikes, or customs clearance.
