Welcome to the MIYATAKÉ designs Inc. online store.

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the secure e-commerce platform we use to offer our products and services.

1. Use and Age Requirement

Our T-shirts are printed on demand by our partner Printful, and our journals/planners are shipped directly by MIYATAKÉ designs.
Each item is made or prepared to order, which may result in slight variations in color or print placement.
Product descriptions and availability are updated regularly, but we cannot guarantee them at all times.

3. Pricing, Payment, and Modifications
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD), before taxes and shipping fees.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other trusted gateways.
Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
Prices, descriptions, and availability may change at any time without prior notice.

4. Returns and Refunds
Full details are available in our Return & Refund Policy.
No return or refund will be issued for customer order errors (e.g., wrong size, color, or change of mind).
Returns are accepted only if the error occurred during our fulfillment or if the item is defective.

5. Shipping
Shipping times vary depending on the product and destination.
Remote areas and P.O. boxes may be excluded from certain delivery options.
Shipping fees are shown at checkout.

6. Intellectual Property
All visuals, illustrations, texts, and designs are the exclusive property of MIYATAKÉ designs Inc.
Any copying, reproduction, modification, or distribution, in whole or in part, of the illustrations, patterns, embroidery templates, T-shirts, journals, or planners created by MIYATAKÉ designs Inc. is strictly prohibited.
These creations remain the exclusive intellectual property of MIYATAKÉ designs Inc. / Julie Carpentier and are protected under Canadian and international copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
All products and services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

These terms, along with our related policies (returns, privacy, shipping), constitute the entire agreement between you and MIYATAKÉ designs Inc.
No waiver of any right shall be interpreted as permanent, and any ambiguity shall be interpreted neutrally between the parties.
